Collerette Dahlias Have a single ring of normally flattened or slightly cupped Petals that should overlap for Show purposes. The central Disc of Pollen bearing stamens can be Yellow or Red. Surrounding the Disc are smaller florets which should be no more than 60% of the length of the outer Petals. Being Open centred they are magnets for pollinators
