Cactus and Semi Cactus Dahlias both have fully double blooms In the case of Cactus the ray florets are generally Pointed with the majority of the petals being narrow and revolute for in excess of 65% of their length they can be straight or incurving. With Semi Cactus the ray florets are usually pointed and revolute for more than 25% but less than 65% of their length the Petals are broad at the base and either straight or incurving.
